I'm Ana Michelsen — wife, mom of two, former John Deere leader in engineering and product development, and career transition coach for high-achieving women who are done optimizing a career that no longer fits.

For over 13 years I built a career in global product development — leading programs across countries, delivering results under pressure, and holding everything together at home at the same time. From the outside it looked like I had it figured out. From the inside I was quietly asking myself: is this actually it?

I know what it feels like to be the woman who is dependable, high-performing, and completely depleted all at once. I know what it costs to stay too long in the wrong place, in your energy, your identity, and your family. And I know what it takes to make a move that is actually aligned, not just a lateral step out of desperation.

I also spent five years as a fitness instructor, which taught me something most career coaches miss entirely: you cannot think your way into clarity when your tank is empty. Energy and mental space are not soft topics. They are the foundation of every good decision you will make about your career. That is why RECLAIM CORE starts there, before the resume, before LinkedIn, before any of it.
