I am Ana, a proud wife, mom of two, and coach. I am deeply passionate about helping high-achieving career mothers reclaim their health, energy, and purpose—and feel strong and confident in their bodies at every age.

I work with women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and stretched too thin—yet still want to show up fully for their families and themselves. And I get it, because I’ve been there too.

After 15+ years in the corporate world, balancing leadership, motherhood, and daily demands, I found myself running on empty. My health was suffering, my confidence was fading, and I knew I couldn’t keep living that way. Through intentional self-care, mindset shifts, and fitness, I transformed my own life—and now I help other women do the same.

I am also a certified fitness instructor with over five years of experience. I am passionate about women’s fitness as a foundation for long-term health, longevity, and feeling great in our bodies—no matter our age. Whether it’s their first day working out or their hundredth, I love ensuring that every woman I coach feels successful and empowered in her fitness journey.

I’ve guided countless moms to reconnect with their strength, rediscover what lights them up, and step into the version of themselves they’ve been longing to feel again.
